Pressure Cooked Frozen Chicken And Brown Rice
Make this hearty chicken meal with a side of brown rice, all in a single cook cycle.
Required Equipment
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups of Water
 - 1   Frozen Chicken Breast
 - 1 cup of Brown Rice

Instructions
- Add 1.5 cups of Water, 1   Frozen Chicken Breast,  and 1 cup of Brown Rice to the pressure cooker.
 - Place your pressure cooker lid on the pot, and rotate into locked position. Pressure cook on high for 20 minutes.
 - Once the cooking cycle is complete, wait 10 minutes and then perform a fast release
 - Optionally, try adding some some soy sauce to your rice and some wasabi to your chicken for a little flair.

  This recipe is a staple at our house hold because both brown rice and frozen chicken breast are items I can stock up on and access when needed.
